		<description>Reaching out to the community you intend to host is a great move, well done!

I&#039;d encourage you to reconsider the cube-ish setup for a more open layout that encourages sharing and collaboration. Take a look at photos of many coworking spaces and you&#039;ll find that they share that trait. The ones that feel more like an &quot;office&quot; fall into the hot-desking trend, rather than one of coworking.
