I'd encourage you to reconsider the cube-ish setup for a more open layout that encourages sharing and collaboration. Take a look at photos of many coworking spaces and you'll find that they share that trait. The ones that feel more like an "office" fall into the hot-desking trend, rather than one of coworking.
