Making decisions, which way to go?
We are ready to lease space! Looking for input whether to go smaller with the Target Commercial Interior TCI designed space (see pictures below) or lease a larger less refined space. We are still finalizing the proforma, logically the new TCI design will cost more, feedback and thoughts are appreciated.
The designs below does not illustrate the casual community space, mailboxes and reception area which are included in the design for the sake of brevity. Those interested in more information should come to a Wednesday Coworking Open Forum.

Reaching out to the community you intend to host is a great move, well done!
I’d encourage you to reconsider the cube-ish setup for a more open layout that encourages sharing and collaboration. Take a look at photos of many coworking spaces and you’ll find that they share that trait. The ones that feel more like an “office” fall into the hot-desking trend, rather than one of coworking.
